NatWest had an offer in December that if you spent over £120 on your credit card via contactless as a minumum you would get 10% cashback for all contactless purchases that month unto a max of £500 spend.
I can't find the e-mail with this on but can anyone remember what the payment date was as I'm sure it has been and gone?

I had that offer, I believe it was the 20th of Jan or around that time.0

I was sure it was 19th January but as of today, (20th Jan), I've had nothing.0

I have the email and it says 20th January.
I have no cashback yet but on their missing cashback form it says their special credit card cashback is always paid on the 20th. I am assuming it will be paid at some time, maybe on Monday if they didn't account for today being a weekend.0 -
I rang customer service today. I was advised that they became aware of an issue yesterday which meant payment has been delayed but couldn't advise when it would happen.
Not great but I'll sit tight for a week or so.0 -
I also have the email and am the same as the rest I spent loads in Dec 17 on contactless CC and I havnt got the 10% - I am going to wait till tomoro Mon 22nd and if nothing extra has gone in then I will be contacting them. I spent the maximum possible this way to get the £50. Anyway if anyone wants the email let me know and I can send it you0

I also did this; I even filled my car up with £29 of petrol at a time so I didn't go over the £30 contactless threshold. Reminds me of when I had the TSB current account!
WillPS said Customer Services told him they were aware of "an issue". Do you think I could claim "an issue" if I didn't want to pay my credit card bill on the due date? :cool:0 -
I've just seen one of their "Twitter" people say they should be credited on Monday.0

Neither have I yet - but it is only 6am. I assume from the fact it's late that there is some kind of manual intervention required at NatWest's end, so I will expect to see it appear during the day.0 -
right just logged onto bank again still no rewards i found a freephone number 08002004004 Had to hold for a bit but spoke to an agent and explained it all I spend over £500 contactless on reward CC and not recd the 10% extra - so she checked my account and said she would raise it as an issue. She took my email address and said i should get a rely within 2 days so I have quoted the freephone number in case anyone else wants to escalate the matter - its not good all this faff we have to do - am glad i made a list of all my contactless spends in Dec - I must have thought there could be problems with this lol0
