I signed up for Slimming World Online last Saturday. It's my first time doing the SW programme, and honestly, I've been very underwhelmed by the value for money and service on offer it's nothing like it's made out to be.
The recipe section is what I was most looking forward to but honestly, it's useless. Pinch of Nom is better!
I was due to get the magazine as part of the package but 10 days later and that's not arrived.
The information is all over the place. The navigation of the 'members area' is useless.
The SYN count is different for the same products.
Do I have any rights to a refund / partial refund?

I don't think you have, given that you have accessed the site - but having said that I am willing to be told I'm wrong.
As for the magazine, it could be that they are waiting for the new issue to come out before sending it to you.
I must admit I don't like either the website or the app but I've lost 4 stone on the diet so it must be working!0 -

I'm glad it's not just me. For such a big brand I figured it would be way above what's advertised and therefore my expectations but clearly not. :rotfl:
I'm down 1.5 pounds from week one so at least somethings going in the right direction. :rotfl:0 -

If it's early days I would put in a pleading letter to SW, expressing disappointment - Can't hurt.
I looked at online myself and couldn't believe how much is charged with what you get and compared to the meetings.
I joined a group in the end and in the first week back had lost 5 lbs.
It's a pretty cool leader - fish n chip shop manager by day, weight loss consultant 'by night! Like it!
There often tends to be SW handy supplements in the Mirr@r newspaper of a weekend if you want to pick something up in print fairly cheaply.0 -
There's only 7 magazines a year so that might be why you've not had it yet as I'm sure my last one came just before Christmas:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

I can thoroughly recommend the SW diet (I've lost over 2 stone so far) but I'm not surprised to hear about the Online service not being value for money, as I looked into it myself and decided it didn't sound worth the cost.
I'd suggest following keepcalms... advice and writing to them saying how disappointed you are.
But feel free to join us over on the SW support thread that bubbs mentions - it's like a virtual group and is very helpful if you are trying to follow the plan.0
