OP have you tried clearing your browser cache? Sometimes when these sites do an update, your browser keeps trying to load the previous one stored in your computer memory (somewhere). Clearing the cache removes that and forces the PC to look for the current version.
I've had this a couple of times with Jarvis.0 -
I just looked at my HL ISA and it the option to withdraw cash to my bank account is available and appears to be working (short of me making the final click to withdraw)0

To clarify
Any company can have IT0 -
Issues. HL acknowledge their platform is broken. Why they haven't bothered to fix it a week later is a separate matter.
My issue is, instead, that they are refusing to manually transfer MY money, insisting I wait until the platform is mended. Thus far I have been waiting for 72 hours. There is no indication when the platform will be mended.
Would those who think I'm going over the top be happy to be left in such circumstances?0 -

It might be best to retitle your thread as it is somewhat misleading. As a large SIPP holder it caused me concern to see this thread, maybe you could retitle it "Anyone else experiencing issues with HL ISA withdrawals?"Retired at age 56 after having "light bulb moment" due to reading MSE and its forums. Have been converted to the "budget to zero" concept and use YNAB for all monthly budgeting and long term goals.0

HL acknowledge their platform is broken.
Where do they acknowledge this?0 -

That's the problem with a reliance on technology. There isn't the manual back up (office staff) to support such a flood of requests of the same nature.0 -
Acknowledged in the telephone conversation where isa team confirmed they can't contact their own IT colleagues.
Maybe people imagine I'm doing this for fun. I'm not, I don't actually have the 5+ hours I've wasted trying to get my own money. Which incidentally HL still can't send despite being aware of the storm I'm raining down on them here and elsewhere.0 -

No but that’s a different matter to making a sensationalist headline up that has nothing to do with your issues and indeed diverting attention from your issue.
It also appears you have made other stuff up if there is actually no issue withdrawing money from ISAs or at least no notice on their website regarding that.
I also don’t believe you that online SIPP withdrawals have been unavailable for nearly a year, i quite often get emails from them letting me know which dates I need to put my request in in order to get it that month. I don’t think they’d be sending those out if it’s been unavailable for ten months.
So I wonder if actually there is any problem at all or you are making it all up .... my doubt caused by your hyperbole and additionally seeming mistruths regards other accounts being affected.
Edit; I wonder if this is a problem associated with your account, eg specific to you and a subset of people.
Last week I tried to get into Atom bank and had an error message saying login wouldn’t work. To cut a long story short, it turned out to be that my MIFIIID or similar detail needed updating and due to a poor bit of programming I got a generic error message rather than being told “update your details”. They actually fixed that ina somewhat clunky way, uninstall and reinstall. But they fixed it pragmatically. Now, none of this excuses HL not fixing your issue but neither does it excuse you making stuff up.0
