Hi all
I'm planning on buying dry pulses now as opposed to tinned (cheaper!), if I were to soak and prepare a batch of them, how long would they be able to be stored for?
I've tried googling it, but my googling skills have let me down again.

I'm not sure how long they'd keep in the fridge, but they freeze beautifully. I put them in freezer bags (about 2 cups per bag). When i need them for a casserole or curry I just take a bag out, whack it on the counter to break the beans up a bit and add to my dish. They heat through in minutes0
