Hi urgently need phone number for valueflora if anyone has one I think they've stitched me up, took £30 of my money and no flowers have been delivered to my mate and now I'm so upset and they not answering my emails but there's no phone number on their site, does anyone have a phone number please I know this wrong place but I wanted max attention thanks.

That happened to me too. Took money, no flowers delivered. Didn't reply to my emails, but did refund the money.

Valueflora is owned by a guy called Russell Hirst. I could PM you his mobile number if you are that desperate to get your £30 back but I suspect he’s probably not the right person to be talking to.

Thats what i used when they tried to con me with dead flowers, worked a treat even though they demanded photographic evidence, which i was happy to provide.
