does anyone know whether someone can apply for a young persons railcard if they're doing a full time apprenticeship or is it just education /students ? , thank you

If you're aged 16-25 then it doesn't matter what you're doing, you're eligible.
If you're over 25 then you must be in full-time study to be eligible, so an apprentice wouldn't be eligible.0
