I believe that would be classed as secondary picketing which is not allowed

Presumably your union will give you accurate legal advice?

Things like whether site a & b were all canvassed (same union?) and voted might be relevant. Are a & b sites co-located or neighbours?

    From https://www.gov.uk/industrial-action-strikes/going-on-strike-and-picketing
you can only join a picket line at your workplace.

Since you only deliver and collect vehicle's from site a then it is not your workplace.
If you are a TU rep then you can pocket at either

My work takes me around many different sites each week, I have never crossed a picket line if one exists.

In a dispute the strikers don’t take this action lightly and will welcome solidarity. If you are unsure speak with branch secretary or full time officer.
    Don’t be a can’t, be a can.

Aren't you a TU rep though so are able to do so?
Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked
  • picket where ever you want, just get one of those cheap cardboard masks available from most pound shops
