Hi,
Me and my partner are looking to get a mortgage, I have a permanent contract in my job however my partner has been given a renewed 6 month contract, having worked at the company for 6 months already, lorry driving. Will we be able to get a mortgage with any providers, so far we have tried nationwide but have been turned down.
Thanks

As above, there will be options, but you will need a broker to find the appropriate one for you.
Dont do any more damage to your credit profile, by applying to just who appears cheapI am a Mortgage Broker.

You may find some lenders who are willing to take a gamble on you if you have a decent deposit, around the 15-20% mark.
What % deposit did you apply with?0 -
We applied with a 20% deposit0
