Second Home Mortgage with Short Term Holiday Let

Hi, looking at small cottage for the family. After a mortgage which allows short term lets, 2 weeks in a row maximum.

My main account is with Natwest and they do not support this. Online I read that Nwide or Santander might. Nwide in branch said no but not sure they guy knew what I was asking. Need to speak to Santander.

Any advice on which lenders might support this and for what term appreciated.

    Yep a couple of options, but its one for a broker to support you with. Holiday lets are specialist business, and generally not high street.
