I would be so disappointed if I found out my clients were asking 'what happens next' on a forum and not asking me directly.

Then your application status is currently "in progress".

You need to see if any issues arise from the survey. As you might wish to consider revising your offer.

It’s was late, broker wasn’t at the office, just got the info from the estate and suppose I thought may get an idea here. I suppose I miss understood the reason for a forum was to ask a question and look for an answer.

Your question is specific to your application, nobody on here can really help with that.

Between us we help with maybe hundreds of questions a month. But they are a lot more generic.

Your broker might have even replied at quarter to 7. I know I answer my phone usually until around 7 and emails even later.
