RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to 'The Good Spa Guide' radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 15th January 2018 to Sunday 21st January 2018 on Classic FM London. (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 15th January 2018 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 21st January 2018.
4. To enter the competition entrants will need to correctly answer a question on the competition page.
5. There will be 7 different prizes, 1 for each day of the competition, the date an entrant enters will correspond to the prize they enter for as follows:

• Entrants that enter between 00:01 and 23:59 on 15/01/18 will enter for prize 1 (Monday)
• Entrants that enter between 00:01 and 23:59 on 16/01/18 will enter for prize 2 (Tuesday)
• Entrants that enter between 00:01 and 23:59 on 17/01/18 will enter for prize 3 (Wednesday)
• Entrants that enter between 00:01 and 23:59 on 18/01/18 will enter for prize 4 (Thursday)
• Entrants that enter between 00:01 and 23:59 on 19/01/18 will enter for prize 5 (Friday)
• Entrants that enter between 00:01 and 23:59 on 20/01/18 will enter for prize 6 (Saturday)
• Entrants that enter between 00:01 and 23:59 on 21/01/18 will enter for prize 7 (Sunday)

6. From all correct entries of each days prize, 1 winner per prize will be selected at random after the competition closes and contacted by the phone or email they provide on entry. A total of seven winners will be selected in total.
7. The winner from each day will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw taking place.
Eligibility:
8. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to participate in the competition.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
10. There will be a total of seven winners each winning a different spa package depending on which day they enter, plus £100 toward travel expenses.
11. The prize consists of a spa break (full details below) plus £100 towards travel expenses.
Spa Prize Details –
Day 1 – Monday - Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa Stay for Two

• The break will consist of a Pennyhill Park Suite overnight stay for two people including breakfast
• Winner and guest will be able to access the spa, fitness centre, swimming pools, classes, the thermal heave and relaxation areas
• The break will include a Themis two course lunch - does not include drinks
• Treatments will be included and these will consist of:
• Rasul Treatment for two
• 60min Gold Facial or Spa Massage per person

♦ This prize is available Sunday to Thursday subject to availability.
♦ Any evening meals or drinks will be charged additionally
♦ The prize is valid for six months from the day the winner is notified

Day 2 Tuesday – Ragdale Hall, Health, Hydro and Thermal Spa

• The prize will consist of a two night Taster Break in a Superior Plus room for two people
• All meals are included throughout the stay
• The break will include the use of all facilities and exercise classes
• Treatments are included in the stay, either a 50 minute Blissful Face and Back Therapy or the choice of two 25-minute treatments from Soothing Back Massage, Fresh Feet Treatment or Soft Hands Treatment.

♦ Valid for arrivals Sunday to Thursday, subject to availability.
♦ The prize must be taken within 6 months of the winner being notified.
♦ All guests must be over 16 years of age.
♦ There is no cash alternative.
♦ Arrival at 2pm and departure at 2pm (check out of room 11am, changing facilities, locker and luggage storage provided).
Day 3 Wednesday – Utopia Spa at Alexander House Hotel

• The prize will consist of one evening in a Garden Master suite for 2 people with a bottle of Champagne, fruit and biscuits on arrival
• The break will include dinner in one of their restaurants and a classic Full English breakfast
• Full use of the spa facilities are included, from check-in at 3pm until 1pm on day of your departure. This includes a complimentary 30 minute experience of one of the outdoor hot tubs
• One 55 minute treatment each is included. This will be in a double treatment room and from the choice of a Full Body Massage OR My Kinda Skin or Go Guy Facial

♦ You are able to upgrade your stay to their Cedar Lodge Suites which will mean you would also receive a complimentary personal concierge service and additional in-room refreshments. Upgrade would be at the winner's expense

♦ Available Sundays to Thursdays. Bank Holiday Mondays, Easter Weekend, School Holidays and Valentine’s Day are excluded.
♦ The prize is valid until 30th June 2018.
♦ The prize is based on two people sharing.
♦ You will need to call the venue to confirm your treatments, and treatments will be scheduled between 3pm on the day of arrival and 1pm the following day.
♦ The restaurant dinner will be in the form of £35 to spend on food only in one of the restaurants.
Day 4 Thursday - Sen Spa at Careys Manor in the New Forest

• The prize is a two night Zen Spa Escape Break for 2 people which includes accommodation in a suite and breakfast in the Zen Garden each morning
• Prize will include the use of the spa facilities, complimentary selected refreshments, a mind body class and two 30 minute treatments and 10% off any additional treatments booked
• A two course Thai Lunch will be included each day and a £40 allowance for dinner each evening will be available to use in any of their three restaurants
• Winner will also receive a SenSpa Product Hamper

♦ The prize will be issued in the form of a voucher and will be valid for redemption Sunday to Thursday only. Excludes Valentine’s day and bank holidays.
♦ The prize is valid for six months from the date the winner is notified.
♦ Bookings are subject to availability.
♦ The hamper will be given during the stay.
♦ There is no cash value.
Day 5 Friday – Two night break at Eastwell Manor, a Champneys Spa Hotel

• The prize will include a 2 night stay for 2 people in a standard room at Eastwell Manor. The break will include 3 hours of Champneys time per person & a VIP service.
• On arrival the winner and guest will receive a tour of Champneys and a welcome drink
• A healthy buffet breakfast, three course buffet lunch and evening meal will be included
• Break includes the use of resort facilities including swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and whirlpool and access to up to 20 different exercise classes per day
• The three hours of ‘Champneys time’ includes a Champneys Citrus Blush Ritual Massage, a Champneys Facial and either a luxury manicure or pedicure along with complimentary robe hire and flip flops and a luxury gift before departure

♦ Prize must be booked and taken within 6 months from the date of issue and is subject to availability
♦ Arrival is at 2pm and the departure of the hotel is at 4pm - the room must be vacated by 11am
♦ Prize value dependent on location.
♦ Not valid Friday or Saturday nights.
♦ Guests must be 16 years or over, non-refundable and non-transferable.
♦ Treatments allocated per person cannot be altered. Timings include the consultations and walk to treatment rooms
Day 6 Saturday – A one night stay for two at the Taste of Spa at The Vineyard

• The break will include an overnight stay in an Atrium Suite, complete with bathrobes, slippers and REN products, and two 55 minute treatments at the hotel spa.
• Full English breakfast is included along with a 7 course Judgement of Paris tasting menu, paired with wines.

♦ Beverages and wines are not included.
♦ The prize is valid for 6 months and excludes Saturday’s, Valentine’s, Easter and Bank Holiday weekends.
♦ Booking is subject to availability.
Day 7 Sunday - A two night break for two at Champneys Tring

• The prize includes a 2 night stay for 2 people in a standard room– with 3 hours of Champneys time person & VIP service

• On arrival the winner and guest will receive a tour of Champneys and a welcome drink

♦ Prize value dependent on location.
♦ Not valid Friday or Saturday nights.
♦ Guests must be 16 years or over, non-refundable and non-transferable.
♦ Treatments allocated per person cannot be altered. Timings include the consultations and walk to treatment rooms.
12. The £100 will be sent in the form of a cheque within 28 working days of the winner being notified.
13. Classic FM is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the contest. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of The prize provider.
14. Terms and conditions apply to each prize package and are detailed above.
15. All prizes are subject to availability at time of booking and certain exclusions apply on dates.
16. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

I didn't enter yesterday so I don't know & I won't be entering any of the other ones either, just the Ragdale one which isn't too far from me. Maybe contact Classic to let them know the problem you're having.
