Adverse credit mortgage

Hello

I have been given an opportunity to buy the rented house my wife and I currently rent, we have a gifted deposit but both of us have a low credit rating.

Mine is due to the amount of debt I currently have and my wifeehas 2 missed payments to a store account in the last 12months, the account is now closed and the last missed payment was in April last year.

I am looking for a poor credit mortgage advisor can anyone recommend one?

Thanks

Most Mortgage brokers should be able to place this, assuming affordability stacks up.
