    Have you looked at what ERCs you would pay if you left your current deal?

    Mortgage rates are much better and you could save over the next 18 months.

    Yes, I look every year, and about this time last year it wasn't worth my while as the amount I'd save wasn't worth the effort, but I glanced again the other day and everything is more lucrative now, I'm debating whether to do it now, or wait until June 17, as then there will only be 1 year left out of the 5 yr fixed, so even less redemption charges :-)

    No lower rate, and not likely to exceed into the high rate bracket at all.
