Annual leave after handing notice

Hey guys, I handed my notice in last week in which I start my new job Feb 12th. Now I booked some annual leave in Jan, before I handed in my notice so the manager has put the annual leave on the Rota already and covered it. The only thing I’m worried about is because I’m leaving, will they only pay me for days incurred ? So because I have only worked a few days in jan, I probably won’t get paid for much of it ? Or because I booked annual leave before my notice, surely I should be entitled to be paid all my annual leave I have booked off ? My manager is currently waiting on HR response but hasn’t got back to me yet.

Usually any holiday you've taken but not accrued gets deducted from your final salary.0

Yeh I thought so. A little bit annoying because it will mean I get less pay for my last month pay with the company but what can you do.0

Does your holiday calendar run from January to December.or April to March? If you haven't earned enough holiday days in either cycle then your company will honour those days but if you leave before the end of these cycles without accruing enough holiday days your company will deduct the days owing by you from your final payment.0

2 options either cancel your holidays or don't move to another company. No business is going to pay you for free holiday days than you're not entitled to.0
