Hello!
My Mum and I are looking to buy a house. We have a choice whether to have both our names on the deeds or to just have me.
Does anyone have any advise? What's the good and bad points? The area I know least about would be the legal side of it and the issues which could come about in the future.
Any advise would be appreciated!
Thanks

So are you buying with CASH or a mortgage ?
Who is putting in what ?
Do you have the deposit or mum.
Very very vague question.
I want to catch a bus !
Where too ? When ? Where are you now ?0 -
As dimbo says, more info.
Why are you looking to buy a house .. to live in? Rent out ? For a relative ?
Do you own other houses ? Do you plan to ? Etc etc.0
