Anyone care to share their menu plans and shopping lists

I have been very haphazard with my shopping in the last year. No real planning. Spending too much money but also time in the supermarket as a result.
Came across the Eat not spend site and loved it. But we're mainly veggie and not all the recipes appealed. Plus I needed recipes that would use up the ingredients already in my cupboard.
Did my plan and list for the week and it came to just over £19 in Morrison's yesterday. Rather chuffed!
Thought I would share my list and plan and would love to read other people's plans and lists if anyone feels like sharing.
Breakfast: muesli for hubby, overnight oats with yoghurt for me
Lunches:
Mushroom and cheese omelette, Carrot and turmeric soup x 2
Poached eggs on toast, beetroot falafel
Saturday: tortilla wraps
Sunday: roast dinner
Monday: couscous and roast squash
Tuesday: mushroom risotto
Wednesday : stuffed peppers
Thursday: cauliflower cheese
Friday: veggie chilli
2 tin tomatoes
Olive oil
Butternut squash
2 cans red kidney beans
1 pack peppers
2 packets of mushrooms
500g carrots
Cauliflower
1 packet portabello mushrooms
Beetroot
Box of 15 eggs
6 pints semi-skimmed milk
2 large pots of yoghurt
Muesli
Salted butter x 1
