You can upload it anywhere as long as it is public. (So if it is on Facebook you need the logo of the world next to the date, which means public.) You can use most free uploading services.
To upload to the forum click the insert image icon.

Photobucket no longer lets you share photos to websites/forums etc on the free membership, instead it wants you to upgrade to the Plus 500 plan and pay $399.99 a year :eek:
