Wrong property value in AIP

Is it possible to put a slightly higher valuation in the full application from the AIP? Would this signal alarm bells or do they generally disregard the AIP once the full application has gone in?
I'm slightly out from moving to the next LTV, about £10k, should have just said it's worth £250k instead of £240k, at least I'd have a chance he'd agree with the higher figure, it does have a garage and off street parking, the other comparables don't. It's for a re mortgage.

You can apply for whatever you like but it'd be advisable to check you still meet the lenders criteria if it's a bigger loan.Officially in a clique of idiots0

Thanks. The loan and stays the same, just better rate as it gets me into 65% LTV. Just thought they may question why the increase or do they generally ignore the AIP once full application is in?0
