remortgage with help to buy equity loan

Could anyone tell me which providers offer remortgage help to buy equity loan please? I know about Halifax, Leeds BS, Lloyds, are there any others? we are due for a renewal in March and wanted to know who else is offering remortgage HTB. Also I read somewhere that there is a quite big difference in rates between lenders? Thanks in advance
