Problem in Employment :Free legal Advice

If there is any problem with employer regarding pay and holiday , is there any free legal advice. I searched google and found these. Does anybody has used the service ever ?

But you already have the advice. They will just tell you the same thing. They won't do it for you.

Has anybody use which legal service ?
Its not free but cheap .29 pound joining fee and monthly 9 pound.
