PIP Appeal to Upper Tribunal - Where to find someone to attend hearing with me?

I've taken my PIP appeal to the Upper Tribunal and will need to attend a hearing (date to be advised).

I'm not eligible for legal aid and cannot afford to employ a lawyer.

Where can I go to try and find someone to attend the hearing with me?

Depends where you live - what local authority do you fall under?

REmember you can only go to UT if there is an error of law, not because you disagree with the decision.

You don't attend the UT in person.

You submit an explanation of why the FTT erred in law (using the Statement of Reasons from the FTT). The UT judge considers this, reviews the FTT paperwork, and decides if there has been an error in law.
If the FTT have erred in law, their decision will be set aside and you will have a new FTT tribunal to re-look at your PIP appeal.

Have you asked the FTT for leave (permission) to appeal to the UT
