Good evening friends, and what lovely people you all are. Its when bad times happen that its so good to know that out there in various parts of the country tonight folk are thinking of me and my family and our Margaret.

She is so sad bless her, I have just got home from London and apart from giving her a good hug and feeding her enough tea to float a boat we have been there for her .
He literally just looked up at her, smiled,sighed and went , although we are all devastaed by the loss the fact he has no more pain or discomfort and is at peace now is in its own way strangely comforting.

I shall be my friend Margaret's companion on her hard road as I have been where she is tonight, and it is so hard at times. as a few on here have been also.

You have all been so supportive, and thank you all so much I wish I could give you all a hug as a good few are going through tough times ,but thanks to the site we will all be here for each other

NannyWindow, I went back to my normal self on Friday - sorted one small kitchen cupboard - 3 items in cs bag. Cooked twice - poached eggs on toast for lunch & a variation on a Ha..y Bi..rs recipe made from freezer, fridge & larder contents (as per Love Food, Hate Waste thread which has now vanished into the ether)!

The rest of the day was reading MSE OS threads & clearing programmes from Planner.

I am determined to do better on Saturday!
