been offfered some work reluctant to take friend too

i work regularly for an agency . they said that i coudl have my friend along but i am reluctant to take them along as they dont listen to a word i have to say or respect what i ask them to do. what would you do? i've tried talking to them but it seems to go into one ear and out of the other.

Tell him you've not taken him this time as he's a liability and you're fed up with him not listening or doing things right.0 -
Tell the agency that you don't want to take your friend on the new assignment, and tell them why. They will hopefully appreciate your honesty, and possibly get a second person in who will work properly.0
