Buy to Let Mortgage TMW

We currently have a BTL mortgage with The Mortgage Works which expires next month. We normally hear from them in December but with two brand new grandtwinnies, and Christmas we've only just realised that we haven't heard anything. Rang the number but got a message that they no longer offer new mortgages etc and to contact an Independent Financial Adviser. We haven't received any correspondence from them advising of this so wondered if anyone else has a mortgage with them and if you have heard from them recently?

Sounds like you need to find a broker to sort you out.

Its always best to review the market anyway and not just product switch.

TMW are not geared up to assist you direct.

You need a mortgage broker to manage this for you.

Thanks - just thought it was odd that we haven't heard from them and wondered if they were in trouble. We only have a very small mortgage and already doing our own comparisons.

    In trouble?

It's owned by Nationwide Building Society, so unlikely.
