2 apple tv's same user ID, different locations

if i had 2 different apple TV's both with the same apple log in but at different locations can they still both work or are there any limitations ?
Ie If I had one , then at my parents they had one and at my brothers house he had one? could we all access the movies on the library and watch whenever or can you not use at the same time, or watch the same thing? This is regarding fully purchased movies
