can you reclaim PPI (on a lloyds tsb loan) if you are currently on a DMP?

As far as I know, being on a DMP doesn't stop you from reclaiming ppi, bank charges etc, but can anyone else clarify that?

I reclaimed PPI bank and bank charges from LLoyds but be warned they are b*ggers. they didnt reply to my first 4 letters and only replied once I started sending recorded delivery. Also if you feel they sold you a loan which you really couldnt manage and you push that point they seem keener to settle. mine took about 6 months but it was complicated. good luck
  • l have just received a good will gesture payment from lloyds tsb for the full amount of my ppi including interest and yes i'm on a dmp thanks to the wonderful people on this site who pointed me in the right direction after one letter
  • Hi, well done you, can you tell me did you use Martin's template letter for this and what lloyds tsb address did you use
