I have signed up for a boots loyalty card. I wanted it for the free baby bits as I'm expecting my 4th child.
Today it's arrived with a voucher for 100 bonus points with any purchase.
What is the cheapest item i could buy in-store to maximize my point profit.

Paracetamol was around 16p last time I checked, Ibuprofen is around 40p.

25p / 35p now. I knew Boots would not be selling paracetamol cheaper than Asda / Aldi.
