I got a reply from them yesterday, their tech team were looking into the problemso looks like it's been fixed as I could play again this morning

I also got a reply (have been able to play every day but didn't get the points added when I won them). They've forwarded my email on to the game people who will resolve it and my points should appear after the game resets this evening.

Seems to be another problem now, it didn't add my Zizzi points to my total today so I've emailed them again to let them know. Is anybody else having the same problem today please?

Yes, I messaged them for the 3rd time yesterday, only got 20 of the 60 points I am now down. Today it just tells me I can spin again tomorrow, despite the fact I haven't played today (I'm aware you have to wait for a minute for it to load and then change).
Getting a bit fed up of it now ...

I'm getting really fed up with this one. They replied the other day saying they were looking into it but they haven't added my points & now I can't play again today so I've emailed them again saying what's the point of running a promotion like this if their tech team can't get it to work. It's ridiculous!

Was wondering how easy it is to get quite afew £20 vouchers, I’m on 1000 so far.

It's cheaper to get 2 £10 vouchers - does anyone know if it's one per use/person as it doesn't state this in the t+C

You need at least one main course to redeem either voucher, if they allow two £10 to be combined you might need two mains (or you could just get two bills).


I don't think they can be combined as the prize is not available with any other voucher although in this case it wouldn't be a different type of voucher

This prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, set menus, student discount, eTesco tokens or tastecard.
