I have heard they are good. We have just moved and I am not working at the moment. So can't justify £30/40 each for a (tempur) pillow. That would have to changed in a few years time anyway.

Calley, where did you see em for £40, ours were £69 in the sale at furniture village - I want some more if I can get em at £40! Let me know!

I'm a 100% natural girl so it has got to be duck feather pillows and all cotton covers. I got new feather pillows last year in the sale (after using the previous ones for over 5 years!) and used these old ones to make the insides for 8 new living room cushions (after of course giving the insides a really good wash!) I reckon I saved myself quite a bit of money doing that and the cushions look great.

oops the ones I was looking at seemed to the travel ones for about £30/£40.

So I can even less afford one if they are £60/£70 a pillow.

I will slink off and shut up now :o

I'm with Allexie - I have goose down ones.(Got a goose down duvet too - worth every penny BTW) However, the ones I got were really too hard when brand new - stuffed too full. I found I was gettng bad neck/back so bought a foam osteo one which did the job until Mr TM and his heavy head had beaten the down ones into submission :D I use artificial ones in the pillows I have 'on display' that just get leaned against when I'm watching tv. Guests get polyester ones cos they don't get used that often, I can change them often and SIL is allergic to feather anyway.

Feather anyday for me and pure cotton bedding please.
Kids have polyester as it is much easier to wash on not too big on little heads.

Last time I washed the feathered ones they really stank like ..a wet chicken?, so I changed them for new M&S ones. Not that pricey.

I love down & feather ones best. Good value (sorry, can't remember price) from Ikea.
