Good evening. (Glut not gulf)
In the process of clearing the Christmas leftovers and I’ve got stacks of satsumas. Hubby bought two boxes and we’re sick of them! Has anyone any ideas for a cake, marmalade or something else to use them up please?

Thanks for the replies, I did quick google search but didn’t find any inspiration. Look the idea of adding booze to marmalade and I do have a lot of empty jars.
I think we’ve got enough to give the nigella cake a go too. That’s my afternoon planned tomorrow!
