Hi, i'm in debt, lots of it.

I have a CCJ £21000 not paid any yet
and then approximatley £3000 in odds.

I have been off sick for over a year now and have been on IB for 4months now. i cant see me getting a job because of illness etc, can i go bankrupt even though i have a CCJ?

Yes. It will override the CCJ.

But you need to get some professional advice as to whether it is your best option. The court asks if you have.
