Followed your instructions to the word. Even added another two sets of underwear at the end!! The nantucket Tall chest (T394612B) still came up at £109 and there was no corresponding amount in the 25% discount amount.
Maybe its just that line of furniture excluded.....just my luck.

there is a code posted on the m&s site that gives an extra 20% discount.

If you go to checkout, then above the box where you put a promotional code there is a link to valid promotion codes, and there you will find a 20% code which is validated when you enter it it also includes free standard delivery and expires today.

I wonder if after getting the full 25% discount off whatever it was you wanted in the first place, you could take the underwear back to a shop and get your money back?

Okay.......I'm very happy to admit I must have my thick head on today.......but when I click on men > underwear...there's no 'authentic' anywhere.

If I put in a search for authentic, then some men's brief come up, but none say anything about 25%?

Edit: Never mind, I found it! I typed in the product code mentioned above and found it that way.

Despite receiving confirmation by post 30/5/05 I have just had a letter from M & S informing me that they are unable to fulfil my order for the patio furniture "due to a shortage of materials". They have suggested I order something else online, somehow I don't think I'll bother since it was that that failed me! Were you any luckier?

Hubby didn't like the underwear when it arrived, said he wanted boxers, not trunks, for the summer. I took both lots back to the store and they refunded me the full price, which is what was shown on the delivery note. I did tell the assistant that I had used a 25% online offer to buy them, but she said she had refunded the full amount because that was what the delivery note showed, and to take the money and run. So I did - well, I walked if I'm honest, 'cos running might have looked a bit suspicious to the security guards!
