I found that moving the mouse up and down near the comp I could get it to highlight even though the mouse wasn't on the title and I just clicked as soon as it highlighted and the entry form came up.

The only magazine form available at the moment is the last issue (51/52) not this issue - they've replied to my email and said they'll let me know when it becomes available.
