Self-employed - 2 businesses or 1?

Hi. I'm filling in my tax return for the first time. I've been a private tutor since 2016 and in 2017 started selling on eBay as a small business seller so this year's tax return is just for the money I earn from tutoring. I registered as a sole trader before the deadline in 2017 but didn't put a business name as I hadn't decided and as a tutor I don't use a business name. However, on eBay I use a business name. On the tax return it asks for a business name and if this has changed. What name do I put here? Do I need to register the online selling as a separate business with HMRC and how do I do it? These are both very small businesses and the earnings should not go over personal allowance.
Thank you.
Thank you.

My understanding is that you're not legally a business until you incorporate and register at Companies House.
I think your income is personal and wil be taxed as such0
