MSE Poll: Parcel delivery firms: which are the best and worst?

Myhermes are awful. I ordered from H&M and when the courier bought it I was out. Unfortunately what they did was put my parcel (Which was in a large plastic bag) into a bin containing hot ashes and set it on fire! Luckily I came home and the fire hadn't been burning long and was able to put it out. I contacted myhermes and explained what happened and was told they wouldnt speak to me as i wasnt the person/company who made the order - SO I had to contact H&M. What's worse is when MyHermes finally responded about it they simply said "The courier isnt very old, how was she meant to know what an ash bin was...." - I dunno, the fact that it was hot and contained ashes should have gave it away!!!

DPD local drivers: Amazing,
UPS local drivers: Amazing,
Yodel local drivers: Hit and miss (love the Saturday deliveries though)
Hermes local drivers: Extremely elusive
