Hello HopefulJoy. Just saying hello and offering you support on your journey. I have been attempting to save money and overpay my mortgage since time began and never seem to get any closer. As a result, I glean inspiration from others and wonder why I cannot achieve NSD's. However, I will track you and follow your lead. Perhaps not to the extreme January stage, but in all other aspects. Good luck going forward. I am rooting for you.
TxStill striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.
