PCSPS. Frozen Classic Benefits.

I’m 51 and plan to retire at 60.
I have 27 odd years frozen in the old Civil Service classic pension and moved into the new CARE scheme in 2015, having recently gone part time I understand fully that my new pension will be calculated when I leave on my career average earnings since 2015 (I think!).
On what figure will my old pension be calculated on?
Any help appreciated.

It is not 'frozen' - you are still an active member of the scheme, just not accruing any more years of service.I have 27 odd years frozen in the old Civil Service classic pension
You accrue pension based on your actual earnings between 1st April and 31st March each year. That pension is then uprated by the change in prices each year.I understand fully that my new pension will be calculated when I leave on my career average earnings since 2015
In line with the classic scheme rules - your highest full-time equivalent earnings in the last 3 years before you leave (assuming you remain in alpha until you leave service). On what figure will my old pension be calculated on?0 -
