Re mortgaging and adding partner to mortgage

My mortgage fixed deal ends in May.
I would like to get on a 10 yr fixed deal and would like to add my partner to the mortgage.
She will have finished paying a personal loan in April.
As I will be applying for a new mortgage before she has finished paying her loan off will this affect whether we would get approved as a joint application?
The plan is to pay more monthly than I do now and to reduce the term.
I will have 50% LTV
Am I just looking to deep or will that be a problem?

The loan would need to be disclosed as a liability, but should also be able to be disclosed as being repaid in full before completion. It should therefore not impact upon the financial assessment of a joint remortgage application.
