payday loans en Card Payment Automatique
Payday loan re-payment comes out 2nd Jan...money wont be there when computer tries to capture funds off card... can phone up and make payment with them before they close at 8pm on the due date... if i make payment on the due date,, despite the card payment failing earlier that day... are they legally allowed to still class that as a missed payment on my credit file? surely if i make the due payment on the day despite it being in the evening, they can't penalize me by law right?

Depends how quickly payment reaches them.
A payment made in the evening probably won't leave your bank until following day.0 -
