Can anybody help with council tax reclaiming? I've done as the webpage says and discovered as I thought that my banding is wrong. However the local valuation office are adamant that the banding is correct. Anyone got any ideas?

Can you give a little more detail?
What have you done to convince yourself that you are right and the valuation officer is wrong?0 -
Checked the value of the house in apr 1991 which by my checks is £10,000 less then they are saying. Checked for other properties in street, 1 has been reduced on appeal in 1993. Phoned them, i've written a long letter about my findings on house value, the price crash and what we paid in 95 but they still reckon the value is higher than mine.0

Have you not had a rebranding for valuation purposes in your town/city?
Here in Wales we were done a few years ago (band stayed the same).0
