Bankruptcy, few questions before I apply

1. I've stupidity been gambling for a short while now, stupid I know. These transactions show on my statements, now some of the debt was used to gamble however majority of it was not, do I still mention the gambling on my application? As I don't want the OR automatically assuming my debts are all down to a gambling addiction and slapping me with a restriction.
2. I've been sending bit's of money to a savings account, sort of a emergency fund, roughly a thousand in there, do I declare this even though I'll be withdrawing this to help support me before submitting the application? I'm worried the OR will want this, even if I do withdraw it before sending the application they'll notice it as there are transactions on my statements showing me sending money to this savings account, so no idea what to do.

I would personally tell the truth & don't try to hide anything.
And look for a local gamblers anonymous meeting.0 -
You have a legal obligation to be honest with the Official Receiver about all aspects of your bankuptcy. The Official Receiver has wide ranging investigative powers and will be obtaining bank statements as a matter of course so there is no point in not disclosing the fact that you have gambled and that you have/had money in a savings account.0
