    Does she work full time?
It’s possible under this system she would be paid less holiday than the legal minimum.
    Is she salaried?
How many hours is she susposed to do per day or week or month or year?

No she's not full-time, I don't know the exact hours but it varies from week to week, depending on client need.

    Salaried - yes.

She has to meet targets but I'm unsure of the exact hours on the contract.

I will check the above and come back to you, thank you.

Comes down to accrual/allowance and how that gets allocated.
  • Just to add, Sarah has been in employment with this company at this location for several years (over 4/5) so the problem doesn't arise due to it being her first year of employment and accrual that way.

I will find out about the accrual/allowance and come back to you.

    Thanks for all your help.
