Roast dinner was scrummy, it worked out about £1.50 in total for both of us and there's half a chicken left over for dinner tomorrow :T
So, we have just a few hours left until this year is done, I reckon now is as good a time as any to do today's 3 reasons to be thankful ...
- Bargain yellow stickered shopping haul
- I have reached my daily Swagbucks target for the whole month for the first time ever!!
- We've made it to the end of another year, pretty succssfully all in all

Happy New Year!! :j  :j  I hope you all had a good, and cheap, night last night

So, 2018 is here and it's now time to get going on the financial goals. I've got a fairly low Swagbucks target today, but there won't be many surveys about as it's a bank holiday.
Time to cash in the points I've already got and start my pots off

Thanks Mummytogirls

So I've transferred the £350 from my wages into my brothers pot and cashed in my first £5 of the year from Swagbucks. I've also cashed in £10 from Job Spotter although this won't be added to the signature yet as it is paid in Amazon vouchers, so this goes into the Amazon pot and then when I need to buy a gift I transfer the money from my gift fund, or if I am buying something for me / ds then it gets transferred from the monthly budget.Mortgage Total: £49,992/ £75,000

So we were going to take the dog for a walk in the forest today but it's chucking it down, so instead it's looking like a pj and pottering kinda day
I have a small list to work through today, nothing too taxing but would be good to get them all crossed off ...- Put the xmas decorations back in the loft
- Ironing
- Fill windscreen wash in the car
- Update new diary with birthdays / renewal dates etc
- Watch footie

- Swagbucks daily goal
- Ds homework
- Eyebrows

And another £3 profit from a little matched bet, the matched betting money goes into my 2018 fund, I think i might need to do a quick summary of which money goes where or this could get confusing this year
So, I need £6000 this year for my brothers fund, this will come from:
£4200 from wages (£350 per month)
£250 bank offer 1
£130 bank offer 2
£82 child benefit (13th payment)
£290 tax credits (13th payment)
£200 ebay
£500 surveys
£200 swagbucks
£120 job spotter
£28 other
So ant money I make from anywhere else goes into my 2018 fund, this will include:
matched betting
Qmee
Quidco
bank interest
car boot sales
curious cat
any other apps / unexpected bits and pieces along the way
Mortgage Total: £49,992/ £75,000

So we got a draw, not too bad away from home, another point nearer to safety

The ironing is done, time for some rather late lunch
