I can't remember the exact process but to start with I had to open internet explorer on my xbox and then I think there was some sort of automatic setup process for the home hub. Once I discovered it was to do with the homeub I found the answer on google relatively easy. Your google search will need to include which model of homehub you have as there are several e.g. "BT homehub 5 xbox one NAT problem"

Just try opening internet explorer on the xbox when at the homehub house though, it might be an automatic thing from there.
