Lending Stream - Unsuccessful Debit Card Update

Hello, I have been contacted to lending stream many time about website as keep getting Unsuccessful Debit Card Update as they not letting us use many bank card or debit card.

we been told them through email and facebook chat aswell and its been 2 month with no fixed.
and i tried with apply one as they said I'm been accepted then couple min later they refused my card details.

funny as either they want us in more debt or they purposing mess the site up so we cant pay early or that.............

Its stressing us out so much

My advice would to not use lending stream and look at your spending.

Why are you wanting to use lendjng stream ?

i understand from what i read that they already have a loan with lending stream and are trying to make overpayments but its not letting them

Have you tried calling and making a payment by phone? (You get the name of the person you spoke with as confirmation.)

Before it's said this is the green light to the bank account being emptied - I do recall my bank being extra watchful and putting me though to charge back at lightning speed after one such not long after transaction with a lender when I simply wanted to query something else entirely.

I do recall L/S as being one of the good to their agreed word when I had dealings with em back in 2011 via a social platform.

If they really are mis behaving ask them how they think they are meeting their customer charter.

Sorry for my bad English. i meant that lending stream not accepting any of debit card to update on profile
and they're not bother fixing their issues on website where we can pay off early as its keep refusing one of my bank and my partner bank card aswell

Same as phone. they ask me card details then their computer refused so as both bank card is working fine also they hang up after when its refused.

Has lending stream since October and paying fine then when website template been changed and now everything isn't working.

Preston are you sure your card or cards do work ?

Buy something from a shop to see if it works.
