Google Home Mini - £34 on the high street?

You can still buy the Google Home Mini for £34 if you order directly from Google online. All other retailers seem to be back at the higher price of £49.
I phoned Currys PC World and asked if they would price match Google (they are including a wider range of retailers in their price promise for christmas, including Amazon) but they said they wouldn't do it.
Has anyone successfully got a high street retailer to price match the Google online price?
