I was at Meadowhall Sheffield this morning and they were restocking the sales stuff, tonnes of decent stuff! I managed to get the big S&G set and a few other bits I'd wanted. I couldn't face the scrum on the first day of the sale so I'm chuffed I got what I wanted days later!

The sales ladies said it was all stuff from the website, but I know none of what I got has been available for weeks

I'd assumed the stuff left online would appear online again at 50% off later in the year.

They've prob been consolidating returns and now shipped it out to store

Returns from those that bought at usual price and returned after purchasing at 70% off probably :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Popped by Boots Commercial Road, Portsmouth @ 17:00 to se if it had gone to 90% off and they were stacking up the shelving next to the wall of advent calendars with other ex-Christmas gifts now at 70% off.

Three racks of toys, two racks of candles and three or four racks of other things.

No prices on things, just join the queue at the cash desk and ask how much they were. Crates of stuff was still waiting to come out.

I actually thought I'd try out the Zoella candle and diffuser set as I found it under the clearance section in Cardiff for £5 rather than upstairs in the 70% off sale bit.
I'm so glad I took a punt on it, not only has the diffuser made made my house smell lovely, the candle blows out without tons of smoke!
If you see one, get one :T

Wouldn't it be great if no one bought at 70 % and it all went in the 90% that would be awesome
Apart from we're far worse at predicting 90% off sales then the date of the 70% off sales. Not sure that means there'd always be oodles of stuff left or we'd all miss out. :rotfl:

Since it didn't happen Wed, what other date do people think? This Friday, 2 weeks after the 70% off date?

Last few years it's tended to be the first weds in Feb, (even last year when it moved to friday). I do have a list (saddo) but it's on the laptop.

I don't think it'll be any later than next weds, but it could be earlier. Basically, I don't know ;)
  • Has anyone been into boots today, is it 90% off?

I'd be surprised if it wasn't this Friday but hey; I don't claim to be an expert...
My local had found a few bits and bobs to add to all the Fabletics, Lucy M and Zoella calendars they had left; Krispy Crème pencil cases and one or two other bits have surfaced but still nothing really worth having.
