For a limited time, a week in fact, the 'Fighters Stronghold' Oblivion Add-On will be available for free. It can be had from the 360 Marketplace, or if you have the PC version of Oblivion, you can get it here
It gives you a blooming great castle to own and explore, though you have to use in-game gold if you want to spruce it up. When it stops being free, it'll probably cost about £1.50, but I've downloaded it and I'd probably have bought it anyway. I mean, what self respecting RPG hero wouldn't want their own castle?
