Single mum with childcare costs issues

The 'credit score' provided by Experian, Equifax etc is meaningless.
Lenders take the raw credit data and what you supply on the application and create their own score from that based on what is important to them. Do you know you can score 999 with Experian and not get a mortgage because you have no job and no income?
No-one else is going to ignore your childcare costs. Did you really need to borrow for a car? It would have been sensible to take a long view on how the car finance would affect mortgage affordability.I am a mortgage broker. I sold my car that was on finance, cleared the debt to get it off my credit file and bought cheap run around. My nursery bill is £869 a month so get what your saying. Would this be an option for you?0
