Isit possible to release equity on my BTL property and just leave 25% init and using the money to fund a second property. Thanks

Yes. However I was told by my mortgage lender I would need to go through the mortgage application process again. So 'prepare' yourself in the best light as possible about 3 months before applying.Student loan: Cleared.0
